The cheese is prepared in-house by curdling fresh milk, and the gulkand is also prepared at home—giving the tub a fresh, handcrafted character without artificial flavours.

The dessert is sweetened with jaggery and khandsari and made with satvik, fasting-friendly ingredients. No regular grains, baking soda or chemical raising agents are used. The upvas range is prepared separately and with care, rather than alongside regular grain-based baking.
